Sun Ju has long been inspired by designer Philippe Starck. As a young designer in Korea, her dream of experiencing one of his hotels became a driving force behind her move to the U.S.
In 2017, she was given the opportunity to redesign one of Starck shotels. With a clear vision, she honored the original concept while introducing her own thoughtful approach. Though the hotel has been renovated since, her work remains a lasting part of its legacy.
